Samuel's Gift is comprised of volunteers based both in the United States and in Central Asia. Many are adoptive parents of Uzbek children, but we are also joined by those who are moved by these extraordinary children and their unique culture. Currently, Samuel's Gift is funded through a diverse and dedicated group of people, including American businesses in Central Asia and grants from German partners.
